Revocation
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the goods to return them.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at office@sumpf.world Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Margaretenstrasse 3/1, 1040 Vienna.
If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label from us, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization for return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions and Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As described above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
